  • You will be placed on our Master Reservation List in order of the date we receive your signed contract and deposit.  Upon the birth of each litter, we will email each person in order by their contract and deposit date (up to the number of puppies born) to offer a reservation with the newborn litter.  If any person chooses to pass and wait for the next litter born, we will then email the next person on the Master Reservation List to offer them a reservation with this litter until each puppy has a reserved home.  Although you will have the choice to reserve or pass on a litter, preferences are still not guaranteed as we will always first and foremost match puppies to families by temperament and the information you have provided regarding lifestyle.

  • •    Temperament:

    • BUYER understands that the Australian Labradoodle is an intelligent dog that is slow to mature by nature, PUPPY will require early socialization and continued consistent training to keep PUPPY`S mind stimulated. BREEDER strongly recommends that BUYER attend obedience classes with PUPPY and provide proper socialization opportunities for the PUPPY. Training must begin before 16 weeks of age and continued until dog is sufficiently trained and socialized. Training may be completed independently or with a certified dog trainer. Should buyer not be successful at obedience training or training of negative behaviors, buyer agrees to seek help from a certified animal behaviorist. Buyer understands that the Australian Labradoodle is a sensitive breed that will do best with POSITIVE reinforcement. The use of choke/prong collars is prohibited.

    • BREEDER shall not be held responsible for acts of PUPPY, which are due to BUYERS negligence or lack of proper training and socialization of PUPPY.

    • Should PUPPY exhibit aggressive behavior that BUYER deems intolerable and irreversible WITHIN 12 months after purchase, BUYER will provide BREEDER with proof that PUPPY has been sufficiently socialized and that obedience classes and other structured training methods have been attempted with no results. Upon receipts of such proof, evaluations of PUPPY will be scheduled with at least three recognized breeders or trainers, one to be chosen by BUYER, one to be chosen by BREEDER, and one to be chosen jointly. Should PUPPY be deemed overly aggressive by two of the chosen breeders/trainers, BREEDER will arrange for the PUPPY to return to BREEDER for further evaluation.

    • Iowa Meadow Labradoodles will assist in rehoming of PUPPY but with NO guarantee of refund of initial puppy price. BUYER takes full responsibility in the care of dog and understands that if a rehome is required due to a lack of training or follow through of training on BUYER’S behalf that Iowa Meadow Labradoodles is not held responsible.

    • Iowa Meadow Labradoodles makes known that rehome adoption fee is normally half or less of the original price of PUPPY.

Seller requires the puppy to be spayed/neutered prior to 7 months of age, at buyer’s expense. When buyer provides proof of the spay/neuter, seller will provide registration papers. The proof must be from a certified Veterinary Hospital, on paper, showing the pets description, breed & Micro Chip number. If proof is not received, seller’s two-year warranty against genetic disorders will be null and void.
